Amit Dhiman will lead you on this inner, mystical journey with Nada Yoga, by calming the mind and soothing the heart. Nada Yoga brings the union of the mind and heart through the vibration of sound. In this state of complete relaxation and calmness, we will dive deeper into ourselves. With practice, the external sounds are gradually conveyed into internal sounds, residing in Anahata – the Heart Chakra. In this way Nada yoga is taking us from the mind space into our heart space. Amit Dhiman is an Indian devotional music singer and teacher of kirtan (call and response chanting of the name of Gods), bhajans (traditional Indian devotional music), sufi music, playing on harmonium and tabla, with 20 years of music experience. The Nada yoga workshops will introduce you to Yoga Nidra, Nada Yoga Vocal Practices, Devotional Kirtan, Mantra Meditation, Harmonium and Djembe Instrumental Practice.
